About Me:

Mr. Berry is a native of Greenville, SC, and graduated from JL Mann High School. He went on to attend Winthrop University, where he attained a History Degree (BA, with Honors), and The Citadel, where he completed his Master's of Military History (MA, with Highest Honors). As a hobby, Mr. Berry enjoys shooting and collecting historical firearms and participating in various shooting sports (IDPA, Tactical Shotgun, 2-Gun, CMP Vintage Rifle, etc.) in his free time.  Additionally, Mr. Berry serves as the Staff Adviser/Monitor for the Hillcrest Anime Club, which focuses on Japanese animation, games, and culture, as well as the Hillcrest D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) Club, a club focused on tabletop role-playing games. The 2026/2027 school year will be Mr. Berry's 12th year at HHS.
