English 2:
This is a sophomore level English course designed to challenge students' intellect and generate critical thinking skills. Through active reading strategies, weekly book club and writing workshops students will gain a thorough grasp on key literacy skills. This is an EOC course.
English 4:
This is a senior level English course designed to prepare students for life beyond the classroom into the university or workforce fields. The class is intended to polish critical thinking and literacy based skills built over the course of high school. This is NOT an EOC course.
AP Literature:
Advanced Placement is intended for students in their junior and senior levels of high school. This course is a college level course that is meant to establish elaborate thinking with complex texts and themes. Students are expected to meet course demands and come to class prepared to engage in academic discussions. There is an AP exam at the end of the course.

TRHS Grade Posting Policy: All grades for your student will be posted within seven calendar days from the date the assignment/assessment was collected. Major products and lengthy term papers will have grades posted within fourteen days of collecting the assignment.
