Hi! My name is Carson McMonagle. I am so excited for our 2025-2026 school year at Lake Forest Elementary (the best school ever)!
I graduated from Furman University with a degree in Elementary Education and minor in Poverty Studies. I completed my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Furman in August of 2023.
I taught fourth grade at Lake Forest for two years, second grade for one year, and I am excited to now be teaching first grade.
I am from Norfolk, Virginia but my family moved around when I was younger. We even lived in Hawaii for three years! I love going on walks, being in the kitchen, reading, and being anywhere in the mountains or the beach!
