My name is Emily Hendon! I am so excited to be working with your student this year! I had a phenomenal first year last year in third grade, and I am so excited to be going into my second year of teaching. I love to garden, go on walks, read, and explore new adventures. This year, our class theme is “Grow Where You’re Planted.”
My goal is to encourage students to grow not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. While academic achievement will remain a primary focus, we will also emphasize the development of essential life skills to help students become well-rounded individuals.
