Education

I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and from Webster University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  After working in the corporate world, I took time away from my career to raise our children as they attended and graduated from Greenville County Schools (GCS). During that time, I volunteered in their schools. For five years, I also worked for GCS as an adjunct presenter at Roper Mountain Science Center’s Symms Hall of Science. These experiences gave me a unique perspective on GCS—as a parent, volunteer, community educator, and now teacher. I believe in Greenville County Schools and am excited to be part of the GCS family.  I completed the GATE (Graduate Alternative Teaching Education) program through Greenville County Schools and the South Carolina Department of Education to earn my teaching credentials.
