GROWTH MINDSET

Students on Team 1309 are part of a community that encourages the growth and development of a Growth Mindset. Students are taught that their skills and abilities can change and develop over time. With hard work, effort, and determination they can achieve success! Students are taught that mistakes are ok because they teach us how we can improve. Throughout the year, students will be provided with the coaching, support, and skills they need to effectively self-reflect and overcome the challenges they may face.
