Our mission in Physical Education is to produce life long participants in physical activities. We will learn about fundamental skills, fitness, dance and gymnastics that will help us become competent movers. We will learn exercises, how to be active, how to get strong and gain energy while in Physical Education. Having fun while moving and exercising will help us learn the importance of keeping our bodies healthy.
