Welcome to the Career and Technical Education program at Mauldin High School! I'm excited to welcome you to our classroom and look forward to an incredible year of learning, growth, and success.
My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential. This year, I have the privilege of teaching Fundamentals of Computing, Business Finance, and Marketing—three courses designed to prepare students with practical skills they'll use long after they leave high school.
Whether we're learning how to build computer skills, create marketing campaigns, manage personal finances, analyze investments, or solve real-world business problems, our classroom will focus on developing critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and professionalism. These are skills that colleges, employers, and entrepreneurs value every day.
I believe the best learning happens when students are actively engaged. Our classroom will feature hands-on projects, interactive simulations, collaborative activities, technology integration, and real-world business challenges. Students won't just learn about business—they'll experience it.
Above all, I strive to create a classroom culture built on respect, integrity, responsibility, curiosity, and excellence. Every student is capable of success, and I am committed to helping each one grow both academically and personally.
Thank you for visiting our classroom website and for being an important part of our learning community. I look forward to partnering with students and families to make this an outstanding school year.
