I earned a  Bachelor of Arts in 1995 from the University of South Carolina — Go Gamecocks! A few years later, in 1998, I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Webster University.

   After spending several years working in the mental health field, I became certified to teach special education through the PACE program in 2004. I have been teaching special education for 21 years in I have taught in middle and high schools and online.

   I am in my 17th year of coaching girls’ soccer.
