The article (on left) has one of my favorite videos ever made in it. Chris Ulmer is one of my biggest inspirations and the way he teaches his students is very positive. This video shows him giving his students compliments at the beginning of class. He explains to them how smart they are and how much they are worth. watching many other videos he makes shows how he works with his students through hard work to show then how smart they are and he builds their global self-esteem and earned self-esteem. This is how I believe children need to be treated. They need to be taught that they are worth something simply because they are an amazing creation, but they should also learn to work hard and be proud of their work.
