Heeringa + Wright 

My name is Abby Heeringa, but your child will know me as Ms. Heeringa. I am so excited to begin my 4th year of teaching . I just recently moved here from Mississippi, where I taught Kindergarten for two years and Pre-K for one.I have a bachelor degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Early Childhood and middle and high level English and history. Family is a huge part of my life and that’s actually what brought me back to this great state. After spending time away, I knew my heart was ready to return home. Some fun facts about me: On the weekends in the fall you will find me at fiancé’s football games on Saturdays, he coaches at Presbyterian College. When it’s not football season I love to travel to see my friends. I have a Golden Doodle named Maggie.

Mi nombre es Abby Heeringa, pero su hijo(a) me conocerá como la Sra. Heeringa. ¡Estoy muy emocionada de comenzar mi cuarto año enseñando en Carolina del Sur! Me mudé recientemente desde Misisipi, donde enseñé jardín de infancia durante dos años preescolar durante uno. Tengo una licenciatura en Educación Primaria con especializaciones en Educación Infantil Temprana y en Inglés e Historia a nivel medio y avanzado. La familia es una parte muy importante de mi vida y eso fue lo que me trajo de vuelta a este lugar tan especial. Después de pasar tiempo lejos, sabía que mi corazón estaba listo para volver a casa. Algunos datos curiosos sobre mí: los fines de semana en otoño me encontrarán en los partidos de fútbol americano de mi prometido los sábados. Él es entrenador en Presbyterian College. Cuando no hay temporada de fútbol, ¡me encanta viajar y ver a mis amigos! Tengo una perrita golden doodle llamada Maggie.  

My name is Ursula Wright. I was born and raised in Woodruff SC. I graduated from USC Upstate. I received my masters in early childhood education from Grand Canyon University. I am married to my soulmate Carl. We have three young men. Deven and Deitrich are twins and Davison is our youngest. This is my first year at TEK. I taught in another district. I am super-excited to be your child’s teacher, alongside Ms. Heeringa

Mi nombre es Ursula Wright. Nací y crecí en Woodruff, Carolina del Sur. Me gradué de USC Upstate. Obtuve mi maestría en Educación Infantil Temprana de Grand Canyon University. Estoy casada con mi alma gemela, Carl. Tenemos tres hijos adultos. Deven y Deitrich son gemelos, y Davison es el menor. Este es mi primer año en TEK. Enseñé en otro distrito anteriormente. Estoy muy emocionada de ser la maestra de su hijo(a),junto a la Sra. Heeringa.
