My name is Ms. Jeannete. This is my 5th school year at Westcliffe Elementary and I look forward to being a full-time Wildcat diving into learning and mental health.
I am a Spanish-speaking counselor with extensive experience in family and youth services. I use a variety of interventions including therapeutic play, expressive arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Eco-Systemic Family Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I enjoy working with children and families towards their goals and consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.

Hola, soy Ms. Jeannete. Este es mi quinto año escolar en la Escuela Primaria Westcliffe y estoy emocionada de poder dedicarme tiempo completo a ser un Westcliffe Wildcat, sumergiéndome en el aprendizaje y la salud mental.
Soy consejera hispanohablante con amplia experiencia en servicios para familias y jóvenes. Utilizo diversas intervenciones, como el juego terapéutico, las artes expresivas, la terapia cognitivo-conductual, la terapia familiar ecosistémica, y la terapia cognitivo-conductual centrada en el trauma.
Disfruto trabajando con niños y familias para que alcancen sus metas y considero un privilegio ser parte de su camino.
