¡Bienvenidos a mi clase de español!
This will be my eleventh year at Travelers Rest High School and my sixteenth year teaching Spanish. I am excited to be teaching Spanish 1CP, Spanish 2H, and Spanish 3H this school year.
I am originally from Romania, but I fell in love with the Spanish language in high school and decided to pursue it as my field of study. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Spanish and English Language and Literature, a master's degree in Training Expert Professors in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, and a second master's degree in Applied Linguistics in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the University of Jaén, Spain. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Instruction with a concentration in Distance Learning.
I look forward to getting to know your students and helping them develop their Spanish language skills this year!

Minor grades for your student will be posted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the assignment/assessment is collected.
Major projects and lengthy term papers will have grades posted within fourteen (14) calendar days of collecting the assignment.
Make-Up Work Policy
Make-Up Work Policy
All students who have been absent must check my website and Google Classroom for their assignments. If you do not have internet access at home, please contact me directly to obtain your make-up work. Students have a minimum of 5 school days from their return to submit make-up work.
