My name is Carly Hudson and I am so excited to be teaching 4th Grade at Rudolph Gordon School! This is my eleventh year teaching. I grew up in Simpsonville, SC and am honored to be teaching in the area I grew up in. After growing up surrounded by teachers it only seemed right to become one myself! I graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. In addition to my studies at AU, I competed as a NCAA Softball player for 4 years. When I am not teaching, I enjoy playing Softball, going to concerts and reading in my free time. I love going to the lake and enjoying time with my family. Although my family is an ACC family (Mom is a huge Clemson fan and Dad went to Georgia Tech), I love the Florida Gators and enjoy cheering on the Clemson Tigers! My favorite subject is Social Studies and I try to visit as many new and historical places possible.
I had a great summer spending time with family and friends, visiting my favorite place at Lake Rabun, and beginning my graduate classes. I am so happy to have your child in my classroom. If you need anything, please feel free to contact me via phone or email.
