****=MANDATORY PERFORMANCE FOR ALL SINGERS! These count as a MAJOR TEST GRADE! Please put these dates in your calendar to help avoid conflicts!
1st Semester:
Fall Football Games: Select singers will sing the National Anthem at a couple of home games.
September 3rd - 13th - ACDA Honor Choir Auditions via recording
October 22nd - Region Choir @ Furman University (select singers only - in house auditions)
November 5th - 9th - SC All State Choir Auditions in Cayce, SC - Select students only.
November 22nd (Friday) - District Honors Choir for select singers at Mauldin High School
****December 17th (Tuesday) - 6:30 p.m. - Winter Choral Concert - $5 DONATION at the door, EHS Auditorium
2nd Semester
January 24th - 25th - ACDA Honor Choir - Francis Marion University, Florence, SC
February 27 - March 1 - All State Choir Event - Winthrop University - select students
****March 4th (Tues.) - Spring Concert Performance Assessment Showcase for Varsity and select members of Women’s Ensemble along with Orchestra and Band beginning at 6:30 p.m.
****March 11th and or 12th - SC Concert Performance Assessment at Spartanburg High School, Spartanburg, SC MANDATORY FOR VARSITY AND SELECT MEMBERS OF THE WOMEN’S ENSEMBLE
April 26th - Solo and Ensemble - Greer High School, Greer, SC
****May 1st (THURS.) - DESSERT AND POPS CONCERT AND SENIOR SHOWCASE!!! 6:30 P.M. IN AUDITORIUM - $10 FOR DESSERT AND CONCERT
****May 19th - 23rd - Graduation (Select singers) - Bon Secours Wellness Arena, Time = TBA
