LIBRARY CATALOG OR (OPAC)

The Bryson Elementary  Library’s “card catalog”  is online! Go to the BES home page, select Student tab.  You will use your login to have access.  You will see a Destiny Discover and an Overdrive/Sora tab.   If you would like to learn more about how you can get the most out of the library catalog—including logging in, creating resource lists, and accessing a selection of eBooks, see Mrs. Klump  for login information and a brief tutorial on using Destiny.

TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS

Teachers are encouraged to recommend titles for purchase.   We welcome your input as we consider new materials.  If there are titles you would like to see in the Bryson Elementary Library, please email your suggestions to Mrs. Klump.

REPORTING TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS

When reporting technology problems to the library staff, please include a detailed description of the problem and your computer’s VNC number. This information can be found by clicking the green “H” icon on your desktop. ETS will not generally accept requests for assistance without this information.  It is very easy to copy the information from the  "H" icon and send it in an email with the description of the problem to Deanna - dklump@greenville.k12.sc.us

Other information that is needed when reporting technology problems:

Please send technology problems to Mrs. Klump via email, if possible.

PRINTERS

If your printer is in need of toner, please contact the School Secretary with your room number and the number on the front of your printer.  Please let the front office School Secretary, Ms. Good know when you need to order toner and she will notify you when it is ready.  If you have been printing in your room and suddenly cannot, let the front office know you need more copies added.

EMPLOYEE BADGES

There will be a charge for badges being made as replacements, due to the old one being lost, or broken.  The charge is $5 and can be paid with cash or check (made out to Greenville County Schools).  Please see Ms. Wilson, AP for replacement badge.

TECHNOLOGY HELP

Please let Mrs. Klump  know if you would like to schedule times for one-on-one help with technology (website, Google Drive, Destiny, Sora/Overdrive, etc.).  Please try to schedule these help sessions at least one week in advance.
