Do you like to read stories that touch your heart? Do you love a good animal friendship story? If so, then this is the book for you! This is a story about a friendship that grows between a blind horse Charlie and a gruff goat Jack. They have their ups and downs, but it doesn’t take long for the two loners to make a home together. Read this story to see how Charlie and Jack are changed forever to become an unlikely family.

Paper Book Reports are available
in the Library!

Students in 4th and 5th grade should read and complete a book report for a minimum of 5 books from the 2023-2024 Children's Book Award Nominees to vote.  You may read ebooks, books from the public library, or your own books.  The books have to be from the 2023-2024 Children's book list.

The book report can be printed or use the google form online.  Only one book report is needed for each book you read.  Paper reports should be turned in to the library as soon has finished or by the end of January to be counted to vote.  A final due date will be posted in the library.

Turn in 5 book reports to be invited to the Library to vote in February!
