Hi! I'm Alex Hilser, Founder and CEO of Green Feet Solutions LLC. Working as a Pararescueman over my 6.5 years of active duty, I've worked to perform medicine all over the globe. With the threats we face today, from gun violence to motor vehicle accidents, its important to know how to save not only your life, but your loved ones.
I am committed to providing affordable and understandable medical education to all and my goal is to get the knowledge I've learned in Emergency Care into the hands of every man woman and child in Tucson.
I joined my local volunteer Fire Department in 2008 as a first responder. in 2011, while attending Rice University, I became an EMT-Advanced. In 2014 I joined the Air Force and became a Pararescueman and a National-Registered Paramedic.
Certifications:
NREMT-Paramedic, ACLS,PALS, CPR
TCCC Instructor
NRA Range Safety Officer
NRA Rifle Instructor, Pistol Instructor
As a Pararescueman, we had to be able to access any patients in any locations to be able to treat them. We learned to: parachute, dive, work on helicopters, perform high-angle roped rescue, work in snow and ice, and perform ocean and swift water rescues.
After a deploying to Djibouti, Somalia, and Afghanistan, I want to take my lessons learned in EMS, training and overseas and bring them to the classroom.
Starting in 2020, I have been working alongside Diamondback Shooting Sports to teach firearms safety and tactics courses. Starting in 2020 we developed the Medical Training Division to address the need for medical classes for Tucson residents.
Please feel free to sign up for courses through Diamondback site OR contact me directly at alex@greenfeetsolutions.com for quotes on large groups, private classes, MIL/LEO contracts, or alternate training site requests.
