  • to enhance the practice of communications between District and School Leadership Teams
  • to draft, implement, and evaluate the MTSS Implementation Plan

Our Responsibilities:

  • Communicate Partnership Agreement with stakeholder groups
  • Regularly participate in face-to-face and virtual professional development, coaching and technical assistance sessions with the NCDPI MTSS team
  • Facilitate Implementation activities with District Leadership and School Leadership Teams
  • Create year-long calendar to include monthly meetings, completion of module activities and implementation planning
  • Develop and install district-wide MTSS Implementation Plan, including problem-solving implementation fidelity
