As you know, my name is Erika Hays.  I have been in Early Childhood Education for 11 years. Believe it or not, I absolutely LOVE teaching our tiniest dragons to love school!  My greatest pleasure as an early childhood educator is hearing a 5 year old yell, "I DID IT, MS. ERIKA!!!"
