Mr. Thomas Welding Technology

Hello, my name is Steven Thomas and I have been the welding instructor at Green County Area Technology Center for 10 years. Along with welding I teach Fanuc robot programming, CNC plasma cutting, and blueprint reading. I am a CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) so if you are interested in becoming a certified welder here is the place to be. We have one of the most advanced welding labs in the state and great industry partners who are always looking to hire my students. A little about me, my wife and I have one son. We are members of Campbellsville Baptist Church and would like to invite you if you don't have a church home. I've been in the welding field and doing custom fabrication since 2005. My hobbies include watching my son play sports and raccoon hunting. What I love most about teaching is seeing the success my students have after graduation with the skills they learn in welding.
