Annotate is a cloud based web app that allows you to annotate on top of files and web pages while using your Chromebook or Interactive Panel.
First, Sign in to Annotate.net using 'Sign in with Google'. Follow the instructions for setting up and linking your Greece Google account with Annotate.
Next, get the Chrome Extension. Once you've enabled and pinned the Annotate extension, you are ready to annotate on top of most any Google file and/or website!
Annotate is great for marking up on top of Google Slides since the 'ink layer' sticks even when viewing other slides in the file.
When using Annotate while on web pages in Chrome you can choose to 'show toolbar' or toggle that off. The toolbar is 'floating' and can be moved by tapping the '2x4 array' and dragging anywhere on the screen.
Some of the features of Annotate might also be available on other tools (writing on pdfs- Kami, screen recording- Loom, etc)
