About Me
Welcome to Mrs. Smith's 3rd Grade! My name is Corey Smith and I am entering my 11th year teaching, with this being my 7th year at Proctor. I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to teach grades 1 through 4 throughout my career and as a result, I have gotten to know some of the most wonderful students. I completed my Undergraduate degree in Multidisciplinary Studies in Education at Castleton University (back when it was still CSC) and my Masters degree in Special Education at the College of St. Joseph. I am licensed to teach both elementary education K-6 and special education K-8.
Wonder by R.J. Palacio is one of my favorite books to read to my class. The students come away with so many strong messages and great discussions.
