Begin by scanning the location. The screen will display the number of pieces you need to unload or scan.
After that, scan all the labels until you receive the message "Unload Complete."
If an item is missing, click the items list box in the top right corner. This will display a list of all items that still need to be scanned.
Here’s what the screen will look like when there are items that haven’t been unloaded. Items that haven’t been scanned will have an “X” next to them. You can toggle the view to show only the items that haven’t been scanned, or display all items, depending on your preference.

Note: If you intend to schedule multiple trucks in a day, you will need to adjust the Max Pieces, Max Stops, and Max Cube. For example, if 1 truck is assigned 10 stops, 45 pieces, and 1300 cube, and you wish to schedule 3 trucks, simply multiply the number of stops, pieces, and cubes by the number of trucks.
You can split the truck per day once it is full and you are ready to route.
If a box is available, it indicates that a route can be opened on the specified date. Please select the box that grants access to resources.
Click on the calendar icon beneath Scheduled Date.
If the consignee has provided specific receiving hour restrictions, you can enter those in the Receiving Hours section (optional, only if specified by the consignee).
Select an available route (in yellow) and open the dropdown list to choose the route (if multiple routes are open in the same area or sub-region for that day, you can select from the options provided.
Check the box for Confirmed with Customer and enter the name of the person who confirmed the schedule.
If the Delivery Questionnaire is activated, complete it to add the order to the route. You may also add any relevant notes (optional) and then click Schedule.

After completing the routing, click on Calculate Time Frame.
Adjust the Truck Departure Time, First Delivery Hour and Delivery Window (Time Frame), then click Calculate.

Click on the Broadcast Time Frame and select all 3 modes (Email, Text and Call) to send out the delivery window. Click Send Time Frames
Confirmation that the Delivery Time Frames have been successfully broadcasted. This can be found in the Tracking tab.
Then assign the Contractor and Driver from the drop-down list then Save
Select a Home Delivery Manifest

After the driver has accepted the route, the status for all stops will update to "Out for Delivery."
