maintenance work orders
To complete a Maintenance Work Order:
Log into the Maintenance Work Order system
Login credentials are your GB email address and password
Submit a Request: to Submit a New Request, click the New Request button at the top right
Complete all required fields on the form (marked with an *). If needed, attach additional information (i.e a screenshot, etc...)
Click Submit
View Submitted Requests: requests you have already submitted to Maintenance are on the page you are taken to upon login
You should receive a notification via email about the new work order. You can also check the status of a work order and see notification by viewing submitted requests.
technology work orders
To complete a Technology Work Order:
Log into the Technology Work Order system
Login credentials are your GB email address and password
Submit a Request: to Submit a New Request, click the New Request button at the top right
Complete all required fields on the form (marked with an *). If needed, attach additional information (i.e a screenshot, etc...)
Click Submit
View Submitted Requests: requests you have already submitted to Technology are on the page you are taken to upon login
You should receive a notification via email about the new work order. You can also check the status of a work order and see notification by viewing submitted requests.
