The Galley is a student-run restaurant in GHS serving the Granbury community and GISD faculty. Students plan, prepare, and serve a wide variety of meals and catering events. During the last 5 years, our students have served more than 10,000 customers and community members!

Our Intro to Culinary students earn a Texas Food Handlers certification, and our Culinary 2 students earn Certified Food Managers licenses. Our in-school restaurant has a city health permit and regular inspections. Both instructors are Certified Food Managers.
