Hi!  My name is Karin Garcia, and I will be the K-3 IS.  This is my third year at Acton Elementary, and I am thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful school!  Before coming to Acton, I was a first-grade teacher for 11 years, serving both in Joshua ISD and Granbury ISD.  I know it's going to be a wonderful school year!

My name is Tiphanie Ferrer, and I will be serving as the 4th-5th grade IS this year. This is my 6th year working for Granbury ISD and 2nd year at Acton Elementary. I also serve as the 4th-5th grade IS at Mambrino STEAM Academy. Before becoming an Instructional Specialist, I taught 3rd grade Math and Science, 2nd grade, and 1st grade! I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this school family, and I am so excited to see what this year has in store!
