Welcome to the Digital Exchange Empowering the Pacific Region (DEEPR) platform.  This a digital learning and exchange portal that was developed under the Building Economic incLUsion via the BlUe Economy (Beluu) program of the Grameen Foundation USA.  Beluu is active in four countries of the Pacific Islands - Nauru, Palau, Republic of Marshall Islands and Tuvalu.   And while Deepr was initially planned to serve the needs of the Beluu Innovation Grantees, why stop there?  Anyone interested in using the training and knowledge materials shared here is welcome.  

Deepr aims to provide open access to a knowledge base of technical resources and links relevant to Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) and the Blue and Green Economies. We invite individuals and other organizations to contribute their tools and curricula and provide references to materials and learning materials that are available as public goods.
