GRAHAM ISD CALLS BOND ELECTION- $38 Million for Two Propositions
On Wednesday, November 8, 2023, the GISD Board of Trustees unanimously called a bond election for May 4, 2024. The May 2024 GISD Bond Election will have two propositions
Overview of Proposition A- Consolidation From Three to Two Elementary Campuses By
Redirecting Resources From Facility Operations to Supporting Students and Staff.
Adding Instructional Space at Pioneer Elementary to Serve Grades PK-2.\
Minor Renovations at Crestview Elementary to Serve Grades 3-5.
Demolition of Existing Woodland Elementary Except for the Gymnasium.
Overview of Proposition B- Student Multipurpose Facility
60-70 Yard Fully Enclosed Turf Facility.
Will Be Used By All Extracurricular Programs Including Band, Dance, Cheer, Soccer, Softball, Baseball, Track, Football, Summer Strength & Conditioning, 7 on 7 Tournaments, etc.
May Be Used By GISD Elementary Campuses for Field Days, etc.
May Be Used By Other Community Organizations.

20 New Classrooms for 2 Additional Grade Levels

CRESTVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- Will Serve Grades 3-5.

Restroom Renovations
WOODLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Demolition of the Woodland Campus Except for the Gymnasium.
The District Will Maintain the Ownership of the Woodland Property for Future Campus.
Proposition B- Student Multipurpose Facility
60 - 70 Yard Fully Enclosed Facility
