If you are interested in a Graham County Schools preschool slot for your child for the 2021-2022 school year, you will need to contact Ramona Sosebee at 828-479-9820 and schedule an appointment time. Sign-ups to complete preschool applications will begin Tuesday, March 23, and will conclude Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Applications will be completed on site this year and will not be released without the following items to effectively register your child:

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Immunization Record

• Income Verification (Information is to be submitted for every parent/stepparent/custodian/guardian who is living in the same household as the Pre-K child.)

Submit one of the following for income verification:

• First two pages of 2020 income tax return (1040) –or--

• W2 forms for 2020 –or--

• A minimum of one month’s consecutive pay check stubs which include the name of the payee, the pay period, gross and net wages, including overtime –or--

• A signed, dated statement form person’s employer on business letter head stating the frequency of pay and gross wages including over time –or--

• For self-employed individuals, provide Schedule C along with first two pages of 2020 income tax return (1040). If taxes are not available, contact NC Pre-K coordinator at ncprek@rapc.org for assistance.
