Nursery Teddy Bear's Picnic

Monday 29th June

This year, instead of holding a traditional sports day, we are excited to invite you to a Teddy Bears’ Picnic with your child on Monday 29th June 

Session Times:

• AM 10:00am – 11:20am

• PM & FT 1:40pm – 3:10pm

We would love you to come and spend a relaxed, special time with your child where you can:

🐻 Bring your child’s favourite teddy bear

🧺 Sit together on the grass and enjoy a picnic

🍓 Take part in our Jam Sandwich Making Station 

Parents and children will have the opportunity to make a simple jam sandwich together. Children can help spread the jam and cut the sandwich.

Sit with your child and their friends and enjoy your jam sandwich and picnic snacks together.

This hands-on activity supports independence, fine motor skills, and most importantly, gives you a lovely shared experience with your child.

We will have fun bear-themed activities for you to complete with your child once you have prepared your sandwiches.

National Thank a Teacher Day 

Wednesday 17th June

National Thank a Teacher Day is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the dedication, care and hard work of the teachers and support staff who make a difference to children's lives every day.

We would like to invite parents, carers and pupils to join in the celebrations by sending a free personalised thank-you message to a member of staff who has had a positive impact on their learning, wellbeing or school experience.
