🚧🚸 School Gate Safety Reminder
To help keep our school entrance safe and organised, cones will be placed on both sides of the main gate on Becontree Avenue every morning and at the end of the school day.
We kindly ask all parents and pupils to line up behind the cones.
This will ensure:
✅ A calm and orderly start to the day
🛡️ Safe entry for all children
🚶♀️ Smooth movement around the gate area
Thank you for your continued cooperation and support in keeping our school community safe.
Nursery Drop-off
⏰The nursery gate and door open at 8:30am for Nursery drop-off only. If you are dropping off siblings, please exit and re-join the main line afterwards.
🔒The nursery door closes promptly at 8:40am. We kept it open a few minutes later during the transition period, but going forward the door will close at 8:40am sharp.
🕣 If you arrive after 8:40am, your child will be marked as late, as the 10-minute soft start provides sufficient time for drop-off. Late arrivals must go to the school office, where you need to wait until 9:00am.
🚶♀️🚶♂️If you arrive towards the end of the drop-off window, please walk directly to the nursery gate rather than joining the main line.
⏳You may need to arrive slightly earlier, as the gate opens at 8:40am for all parents and the line will enter immediately. If you arrive at 8:40am, the nursery door will already be closed and you will not be able to enter straight away, as the adults in the line will be entering at that time.
