International Innovation Competition in Education (IICE) 2025

1.  Open to all educators and researchers. Participants may choose to enter individually or in group. 

2.  Participants must select one category to submit their innovative projects which are:

·       Digital & Technological Education

·       Innovative Teaching and learning

·       School Management and Policies

·       Community based & Service Learning 

3.  Group participation can only have 1 leader and 5 members per group. Members can come from schools, university, students or industry. The group leader must be 18 years old or above.

4.  The deadline for full submission is 01 November 2025.

5.  Participants are allowed to submit more than one submission. The participant must pay the full amount for each accepted submission

6.  Presenters can present in Malay or English. No other language is allowed. 

7.  The poster and extended abstract can be either in Malay or English. No other language is allowed. 

8.  The organizer reserves the right to reject submissions that do not fulfil the above-mentioned criteria.

9.  Each participation will receive an e-certificate.  Medals will be given for participants who fulfil the minimum marks in judging criteria. 

10.An exhibition session will be conducted before the announcement of winners. Participants are invited to remain in the parallel session rooms to showcase their innovations to visitors.

11.No refund will be provided for all payments.

1.     Each participant is required to submit the following:

    • Extended abstract (Microsoft Word format) 

2.     Poster:

    • Please submit  the poster in JPEG format

    • The poster should contain:

      • • • Project Overview

          • Project Objectives

          • Innovativeness 

          • Creativity

          • Impact on target group (students, users etc) 

          • Evidence of innovation (photos, data analysis etc)

3.     Extended Abstract

• Please use the extended abstract template here

• The maximum number of pages for the extended abstract is three (3)

• The extended abstract should either be in English or Malay

• The extended abstract should have at least three references

• The extended abstract needs to be submitted by the due date of 01 November 2025

• The extended will be published in IICE2025 proceeding with ISBN

4.     Judging process

• All team leaders need to be present online during the judging process

• Participants are given 7 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer with the jury

All documents should be submitted by 01 November 2025.
