About Mrs. Leiting

Hello! I am Mrs. Leiting (that's me in the middle). I have been teaching at Gretna Elementary School for the past 16 years (before that I taught in Lincoln). I love love love teaching kindergarten! I am super excited to join the staff at Harvest Hills Elementary this year.

My husband and I have lived in Gretna for 25 years. We have seen a lot of change but the thing that stays the same is our love for this community. We have 4 great kids (all grown), a son-in-law we cherish, a daughter-in-law who is extraordinary, and the cutest puppy EVER! Oh... AND this year we will become GRANDPARENTS!   :)

I love Jesus, Diet Dr. Pepper, Mexican food, pizza, coffee, reading, walking with my friends, and reality TV. :) It's going to be such a great year!
