Quick Tips!

  • Work orders are required for ALL technology-related issues!
  • Enter ONE work order for EACH issue. If you don't, it's very likely the first item listed will be the ONLY one resolved.
  • Include as much detail as possible inside the DESCRIPTION section for better service.
  • Respond to emails from the Zendesk system! If you don't, a resolution will be delayed.
