About Me

Hello and welcome to fifth grade! My name is Melissa Camario, and I am thrilled to begin my tenth year teaching here at Havard. Throughout my decade in education, I have taught second through fifth grade, and this will be my fifth year focusing on this wonderful milestone year of fifth grade.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Houston-Downtown, where I graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude). My passion for this career started early; I also attended the Stephen F. Austin High School Magnet Program for the Teaching Profession.

On a personal note, I am married and have two wonderful children. My oldest, Jonathan, is 30, and my daughter, Kimberly, is 15 and attends North Shore Senior High School.
