Log in with the Frontline ID and password that you created, and update your Call Time preferences as shown in the Advanced Training video above.
The PINs in the new system were randomly generated. Log in on the web or the app with the Frontline ID and password you created, and choose Change Phone PIN as shown in the Advanced Training video above.
Your historical work and pay information are in Employee Service Center. Access your Employee Service Center from the web only by visiting the Human Resources webpage and clicking the link that says "Service Center - Substitute Pay/Job History". You could have a different username and password for Employee Service Center. Use the forgot password link or Register link if necessary to access Employee Service Center.
Please check your spam/junk folders in the email address you have on file with the district. Contact HRS at 832-386-1296 or Helpdesk at 832-386-1500 to update your email address and have the Frontline Education invitation resent.
