Armando Rodriguez III, M.S. Ed., MAT
English IV Class
Good day, students and parents. I am Armando Rodriguez III, M.S. Ed., MAT. I teach English IV at North Shore Senior High School, my Alma mater; Class of '87. I have been employed in instructional setting positions for over thirty years as an English teacher and a Paraprofessional with emphasis in the Special Education sector. Moreover, in those years I earned the trust and respect of many students, patrons, and colleagues. My first love is raising my kids and spending every minute I can with them. I also enjoy music, I was a professional musician at one time, and I love trivia. I also love baseball, I played Single A ball when I was younger. I want to give back to my community the knowledge, confidence, and leadership that was bestowed in me over the years through education. I want to help change the apathy in students and parents to make our future as promising and productive as possible.
Course Description:
English IV is a year of daily skill building with emphasis on critical reading and writing, so we’ll practice daily; grammar will only be studied as part of the writing process.
