All about Amaris V
July 1, 2009, bright as daylight could ever be Amaris was brought into the world. Since her mom and dad already had a son. They were especially excited to have a baby girl. Her family consists mostly of boys and only one older cousin who is a girl, so Amaris was kind of spoiled. When Amaris was a toddler, she always had a passion for buying things. Her grandparents liked to give her almost everything, she got a lot of tooth fairy, Christmas, valentine and birthday money. With all of that money, she was able to buy things that she wanted herself. It could be clothing, accessories, or just random things. She got it. Even though she liked buying everything in sight, she knew that she had to be responsible with her money for important things, like college.
When Amaris was about 5, her father put her into ballet and dance classes. She kept dance as a hobby for a couple of years, then decided to focus more on her grades. After she quit, she found out she liked to mess around with technology things. She then, started practicing and re-attempting things, until she finally, learned how to build robots out of some pieces of wood and wires. Later then, she joined the robotics team in elementary. She thrived in her grades, so much that, she was recruited to be the vice president of the honors society in 5th grade. But then Covid hit. When coronavirus became a thing, almost everything went upside down/weird. Even though this virus brought many bad things to the world, it also, brought new things that she never thought would interest her. For example, she never knew that she would like to play basketball or soccer. She also did not know that she liked to plant things or even knit and do her own nails.
By the end of 6th grade, Amaris had already gotten used to the whole virtual online learning and classes, but now she realized she had to go to actual in-person school the next year which stressed her out because she had to wake up earlier and had more responsibilities. She was right, she did in fact have to be worried because 7th grade was really different from 6th. Yet once again, she got the hang of it and passed all of her classes A/B honor roll. While she was in the 7th grade, she regained her liking of stem, so she joined the stem team.
Amaris has many goals that she wants to achieve in her life. Some of these are, becoming an anesthesiologist, graduating high school, and being in at least the top 10% of her class. To reach these goals she knows that she has to focus on school and get good grades. Her father always supports her and tells her she can do it. He even sometimes puts his standards so high for her that she has to have at least an 85% or higher or he would be disappointed. Becoming and reaching all of those goals are very important to her, but she also wants to know and travel all over the world. One of her dream destinations is going to Greece.
Now in 8th grade, she doesn't really have much to say since she barely started. All she knows is that she will try her best to get good grades and have fun at the same time because it is her last year of middle school.
