Angel's Adventurous Life

I was born on March 28 in Houston, Texas. I have a sister who's younger than me, she's almost six. I live with both my parents. My mom was also born and raised here in Houston. My dad was born and raised in Mexico. Just this summer at the age of 13, I got 2 surgeries. One in June and another just last month. I am currently still recovering from my last surgery. 

In 6th grade, I learned to play the clarinet, which led me to be in the Wind Ensemble band. My hobbies include playing video games and playing sports such as; soccer, football, basketball, and running track. I am athletic, so I consider that to be my talent.

Last year was the first time I played all sports in school. I got Athlete of the Year and soccer most improved. For me, that was an accomplishment because I tried my hardest to be the best I could be. Also, last year for the solo and Ensemble contest I got a 1, which is the highest rating you can receive. I was very proud of myself.

Some goals that I have for this school year are becoming a better athlete, like in football I want to get a win. In basketball, I would like to learn how to dribble better. During track season, I want to get even faster than I already am. In soccer I want to be a goalkeeper since last season I wasn't given that position. A big goal that I have is to pass 8th grade with all A’s. My life goals are to graduate high school and make my parents proud.
