Abigail T.

My name is Abigail Torres. I am 13 years old I was born in Austin TX. I was born on a Monday at 5:09, November 8. I am 8th grader right now and this is my last year of middle school going into high school. I live with my mom, dad, and my only brother. I am the youngest in my family and sometimes I don’t like to be the youngest.

My hobbies are reading and singing. I like to read history fiction and science fiction. The books I have read, are Words on Fire, Catching Fire, and Nevermore Maximum Ride. I also enjoy singing in choir. I participate in Region and UIL. My favorite song in choir is Clipper Ships, Dira Sire, and Think of Me. 

My accomplishments are that I made A and B honor roll, made 6 place in Region choir, and mastered the reading STAAR test. I was very proud of myself when I mastered STAAR. It was my first time actually Mastering a test. 

My school goals are that I’ll be better in Math. I want to try to gradute top 16 of my class. I want to graduate and go onto a good college, and be a Kindergarden teacher. My life goal are I want to get my bachelors degree and  go to a Univerty. I want to be a teacher that can help students when they are down and that they can talk to me when they need to be heard.
