Staring off in space

Jumping jacks
Wall or chair push-ups
Deep breathing
Running in place
Hand and shoulder stretches
Walk like a bear
Hop like a frog
Crawl like a snake
Walk like a crab
Do the army crawl
Walk backwards
Gallop like a horse
Skip
Move slowly like a turtle
Fly like a butterfly
Observe your child and see what activities work best for them. Some children may benefit from the same, regular activities. Others may like novelty. Keep trying!
