Jacob Cramer - Founder of Love For Our Elders
A graduate of Yale University with a bachelor's in Psychology and the Universidad de Alcala with a masters in Multicultural Education. Jacob currently works as the Associate Director of the Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning, and Creativity in Boston in addition to directing the non-profit Love For Our Elders.
This global non-profit was founded in 2013 as an extension of Jacob's Community Problem Solving (CmPS) Project.
