I am pleased to welcome you on this journey with me! I expect it will be a bit of a bumpy ride, but together we will make it work and learn a whole lot in the process! I have a few things that I would like to ensure for this year:

Safety! I want to follow the board's recommendations as closely as possible to ensure the safety of all students during their day at school and in my classroom.

Technology skills! I want ensure that all students are very comfortable with navigating our Google Classroom and many of the technology skills such as accessing files, adding images and using Google searches effectively, starting as soon as we can in September.

Hands-on! I realize projects and group work will look entirely different, but I also know that students learn best from 'doing' and I will attempt whenever possible to provide individual hands-on learning projects and individual activities to explore concepts. To make this work, you will need some white board markers this year!
