Winter & Spring Weight Room Workouts
The Gorham Weight Room is managed by Coach Morrison from after Thanksgiving until the end of the school year. These workouts are open to any GHS Student. Please see the calendar for specific times and dates. A warm-up and general strength program are provided for all students to utilize.Ā
Football Specific Weight Room Workouts
SUMMERĀ
We will utilize the weight room 2-3 days a week to continue the growth we made in the winter and spring.Ā
These workouts are only open to football players and are considered a part of our summer practices.Ā
IN SEASONĀ
We will utilize the weight room 2-3 days a week to maintain the growth we made in the off-season.
Lifting in season will be a mindset that it is something that will benefit us.
Lifting in season is a way we will look to help with Injury prevention and maintain our strength throughout the season.
