Temperate Forest Ecosystem
Temperate Forest Ecosystem
Temperate means an area where winters are cold and summers are warm.
Forest ecosystems are common among these areas.
In the spring and summer, these forests grow and living things use these forests to help them in terms of shelter and food.
In the fall, deciduous trees shed their leaves.
However, deciduous trees are not the only trees that make up these ecosystems. There are also coniferous trees which stay green throughout the year.
