Grassland Ecosystem

Grassland ecosystems can be found in warmer parts of the world – such as in Africa.

These ecosystems have wide, treeless grounds that are often the home of grazing animals. These animals feed off of the grass, rather than trees. Temperatures here vary from summer to winter, and the amount of rainfall is less than other ecosystems.
