Good Ideal, LLC does not collect or transmit any personal data to Good Idea, LLC. Your game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to access your information.

Good Idea, LLC does not collect, store, or transmit:

Device identifiers or IP addresses
Usage analytics or behavioral data

Photos, contacts, or other device content

Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Good Idea, LLC stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's standard storage:

Your current level progress
Your highest completed level
Game settings (sound on/off, haptics on/off)
Your selected color theme
Record of themes you have unlocked
Whether you have been shown the app rating prompt
Game Center data (if you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center)

This data is stored on your device and may be included in your personal iCloud backup if you have enabled iCloud backup in your device settings. This is part of Apple's standard device backup and sync services. We do not operate any servers and cannot access this data.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Apple App Store and In-App Purchases

If you choose to make in-app purchases (color themes), these transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive a transaction confirmation from Apple to unlock your purchased content, but we do not receive or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. Apple's handling of your payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Apple Diagnostics and Crash Reporting

If you have opted-in to share diagnostics with app developers through your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports and performance data. This data does not identify you personally. You can control this setting on your device under Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Analytics and Improvements.

No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising
Good Idea, LLC does not integrate any:

Third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase)
Advertising networks or ad tracking
Social media SDKs or login services
Any other third-party data collection tools

Good Idea, LLC contains no advertisements.

DATA SHARING
Good Idea, LLC does not share any data because we do not collect any data. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising purposes.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Good Idea, LLC does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no user accounts, no social features, and no way to communicate with other users. Good Idea, LLC is safe for users of all ages and is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

DATA RETENTION
Good Idea, LLC does not retain any user data because we do not collect any user data. The local data on your device remains there until you delete the app or clear the app's data. If you have iCloud backup enabled, your backup retention is governed by your Apple account settings.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
To delete local game data: Uninstall the app from your device, or delete the app's data through your device settings.

To prevent iCloud backup of app data: Disable iCloud backup for Good Idea, LLC in your device settings under your Apple ID, then iCloud, then Manage Storage.
To disable Apple diagnostics sharing: Go to Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Analytics and Improvements, and disable Share with App Developers.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information.

Because Good Idea, LLC does not collect, sell, or share personal information:

We do not sell your personal information
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information

Good Idea, LLC functions entirely on your device. Good Idea, LLC does not operate servers in any jurisdiction and does not transfer your data across borders. Any iCloud synchronization between your devices is handled by Apple according to your account settings.

Because Good Idea, LLC does not collect or transmit data, there is no risk of your personal information being intercepted or breached through our services. Your local game data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and passcode protection.
