The Goochland Day Foundation is excited to invite sponsors and vendors to join us for the annual Goochland Day Festival and Celebration! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business, connect with the community, and be part of a beloved local tradition. Whether you're a local business, organization, or performer, we welcome your participation to help make this event a memorable success. Our events are rain or shine, and all fees are non-refundable.
Goochland Night Festival and Concert on Friday, May 16, 2025 Gates open at 5pm. Concert lasts until 10pm. Vendors are not allowed to move their vehicles during operating hours.
Goochland Day Parade and Festival on Saturday, May 17, 2025 Parade 10am, Festival 11-3pm. Vendors are not allowed to move their vehicles during operating hours.
Location: Goochland Sports Complex, 1800 Sandy Hook Road, Goochland, VA 23063
Depending on your choice of location using the map, you will have the opportunity to showcase your business on 1 or 2 days, The Goochland Night concert is held on Friday, May 16, 2025 and the Goochland Day parade and festival on Saturday, May 17, 2025. There will be ~30 spots available for both events.
Vendor Fee Structure
1-day "Day" is Saturday, May 17, 2025 only. Pricing starts at $50 and does not include on-site parking (+$15) or electric (+$10). Cottage Food Vendors are $75. Food Trucks are $175. GDF will book your spot for you either in the Farmers Market or the gravel lot by the skate park.
2-day "Event" includes both Goochland Night Friday, May 16, 2025 and Goochland Day Saturday, May 17, 2025 selling opportunities. Vendor Pricing equates to 1-day $50 + $25 = min $75 total for the 2-day event depending on business category. Vendors will be located on the Main Stage pavement and main stage grass area. Self-placement for the 2-day event is allowed.
Beverage Vendor pricing starts at $100 Saturday and $75 Friday Night
Please be prepared as you will need to bring your own manpower for set up. Items left unattended is subject to the owners own risk. Festival provides only an assigned space; vendors are responsible for tents, table, chairs, & set-up help. We highly recommend you bring a sturdy tent as the event is rain or shine. Depending on booth selection you may need to bring table leveling blocks as some 10x10 spaces are in a good visible spot up on a slight hill. Tents must be surface standing with minimum (4) 5 lb. weights as most locations will not allow ground stakes due to asphalt, sprinklers, or gravel. Additional tents of large capacity may require inspection, please let us know if this is your plan. Volunteers will be present to help guide and locate your booth space however this Marketshare platform will stay up-to-date, and you will be able to select your own spot(s).
