Preparing for the Welcome Fair

Make sure you think about the following things:

• Make sure you can explain, in no more than 20 seconds, what your society or community is and what you do
• Are you going to run an activity? If so, how long is it, and what do you need to run it?
• How are you going to collect people's information? We recommend a spreadsheet (not paper) to collect people's names and email addresses
• How are you going to be identifiable? Do you have posters or banners?
